About Connect2privatecare
Connect2privatecare is a new business that was set up in 2023, by directors James and Anna. After decades of experience running supported living, domiciliary, nursing and residential services to a high CQC standard, both James and Anna felt that there was a need for a change in the way in which recruitment support is offered to the health and social care sector in line with the challenges of the national recruitment crisis and experienced how, saving services time was the biggest factor for extremely busy senior management members that hold the weight of compliance on their already stretched shoulders.
Connect2privatecare has been set up with the vision of working closely with health and social care businesses to offer a fast, but compliant solution to last minute sickness, annual leave and vacancy cover.
James was a key member of a senior management team that oversaw the vast growth and recruitment of support workers for two highly reputable supported living providers, working across multiple sites, that were experiencing rapid growth due to a specialist reputation of discharging forensic clients from secure settings into the community successfully. Rapid, thorough, safe and compliant recruitment led to this business achieving an overall “Outstanding” CQC rating, while quadrupling in size and employees within a four-year period.
James, Anna and Connect2privatecare are ambitious to assist other organisations to achieve the same success. Either through providing quality temporary workers or bespoke talent and executive recruiting (Head hunting).
We offer the same principle of executive service and sourcing methods to our health and support assistants sourcing, allowing clients to find a high quality employees in each position.
