Duties
We are seeking an organised and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of our clients facility covering CQC Domiciliary care and Supported Living. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents. Your duties will include:
- Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow our domiciliary care and supported living business in Ipswich and the surrounding areas.
- Developing and implementing care plans for residents.
- Supervising and managing a team of care staff.
- Administering medications and ensuring proper documentation.
- Providing leadership and guidance to staff members.
- Conducting regular assessments to monitor residents’ health and well-being.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate medical care.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Skills

- Strong knowledge of supported living and Domiciliary care practices.
- Experience in managing and supervising a team.
