Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a high-quality of care delivery.
- Manage a small team of caregivers and support staff.

Requirements:
- Must have a minimum qualification of a level 3 NVQ/Diploma in health and social care.
- Be willing to complete a level 5 Diploma in health and social care.
- Knowledge of supported living and domiciliary settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hold a full valid drivers licence and access to a vehicle.
Additional information:
- Full time and permanent contracted hours, 37.5 hours per week.
- On-call responsibilities every three weeks.
- Working in a service rated “Good” by CQC.
