Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a high-quality of care delivery.
  • Manage a small team of caregivers and support staff.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and relatives.
  • Ensure compliance of regulatory standards and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum qualification of a level 3 NVQ/Diploma in health and social care.
  • Be willing to complete a level 5 Diploma in health and social care.
  • Knowledge of supported living and domiciliary settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hold a full valid drivers licence and access to a vehicle.

Additional information:

  • Full time and permanent contracted hours, 37.5 hours per week.
  • On-call responsibilities every three weeks.
  • Working in a service rated “Good” by CQC.
  • Supportive and family run business.
